Refund policy

Auckland Story Refund Policy (for in-person tours only)

At Auckland Story, we strive to provide an engaging and memorable walking tour experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve designed our refund policy to be fair and transparent.

Cancellations by You

• More than 24 hours before the tour – Full refund or option to reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours before the tour – No refund. However, we will do our best to reschedule if possible.

Cancellations by Auckland Story

• If we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Tours start promptly. If you arrive late, we may not be able to accommodate you, and no refund will be provided. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
