Auckland's Hidden Stories Tour

Join me to on my signature history & culture small-group experience, walking through time from volcanoes, to the viaduct. My guests say this has been the best introduction to Auckland they could have had. From its volcanic origins to stories of pioneering people, Māori legends and key historical events, this tour weaves together the threads of Auckland's past and present. We’ll stop by Auckland Art Gallery, stroll through Albert Park, and uncover the backstreets of old Auckland. Highlights include Britomart, the Viaduct Harbour, and iconic landmarks like the Sky Tower, an America’s Cup Yacht and the New Zealand Maritime Museum. The tour ends at the waterfront with spectacular harbour views. Along the way, marvel at unique public art, visit the Women’s Suffrage Memorial and discover hidden gems like the University of Auckland Clock Tower. With a break for refreshments and insider tips on the best places to eat, drink and shop, this tour is a rich in variety and local charm.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour starts.
